Welcome to my online baking class! I’m a professionally trained pastry chef, a graduate and the director of academics at Baking Hub Academy. With over a decade of experience in the pastry and confectionery industry, I’ve had the privilege of training under some of the finest chefs and working with top hotels before launching my own academy.

I created Chef Ananya Online Baking Class with a single goal: To make professional-level baking education accessible to anyone, anywhere. Over the years, I noticed many passionate individuals struggling to find the right guidance in baking. Whether it was due to location, lack of time, or overwhelming information online—many aspiring bakers were giving up before they even started. That’s when I decided to take my classes online.
